Where we ship
We ship worldwide.

Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days.

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 6–10 business days after dispatch. Some countries and remote areas may take longer, and customs checks can add extra days. During peak holiday periods (November–December), delivery may take a few days longer, so order early if it's a gift.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties and taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices or shipping costs. We have no control over them, so please check your country's import rules if you're unsure.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 2–4 business days to start updating.

Multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you entered. If you spot a mistake, email helploosethreads@gmail.com within 12 hours and we'll try to fix it.

Marked as delivered but not received
Check with neighbours and your local post office first. If it still hasn't turned up after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier.
