Terms of service

Terms of service

1. Overview
This website, loosethreadsco.shop, is operated by Pinnacle Enterprises Group Pty Ltd (ABN 56 702 365 160), trading as Loose Threads ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Products
We try to show colours and designs as accurately as possible. Because screens vary, small differences in colour or print placement can happen. Our designs are humorous. Any references to public figures, brands or pop culture are parody, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third party.

4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or orders we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

5. Shipping and refunds
Delivery and refunds are handled under our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property
All designs, images, text and other content on this site belong to Loose Threads or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission.

7. Comments and reviews
If you submit reviews or other content, you give us permission to display it on our site and in our marketing. You confirm that your content is lawful and not misleading.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
